Shipping

After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding holidays).

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We use FedEx International Priority as our prior shipping plan. However, due to strict policies in a few countries, products like paring knives may be shipped by EMS to those countries. 

Shipping usually takes 2-3 days once the carrier picks up the parcel. 

Please notice we will ask customers to pay Remote Area Surcharge if occurred.
